Colorado’s legislature and rule-making authorities have continued to adapt policies to meet emerging challenges to public health and safety within the state. What have we learned from 6 years of legal retail marijuana that can help formulate policies, practices, and education to mitigate negative effects of marijuana legalization? In this session, we will look at research, trends, current efforts, challenges, and lessons learned from the first legal state.
